The Salvation Army is a 501(c)(3) organization. As a Salvation Army program, gifts to Project SHARE are tax-deductable.

Often donations are eligible for utility company matching, whether it is monthly or a one-time gift.

Most Georgians can enroll in monthly gift-giving through their power bill. Georgia Power customers can enroll here. Many of Georgia’s other power companies (EMCs and municipal utilities) offer enrollment, too; contact your local electric provider to ask if they are currently partnering with Project SHARE.

You can send a one-time gift by check to:
Project SHARE
The Salvation Army Divisional HQ
P.O. Box 930188
Norcross, GA 30003-0188

Include your power company name and account number in the Memo field of your check and we will receive a matching gift from the power company if available.

You can give a monthly or one-time gift online through The Salvation Army’s online donation center. Have your power bill handy and type your info in the online sign-up form.

Your Donation Stays in Your County
Your gift, and any match that is available, will be made available for use locally. That’s “Neighbors Helping Neighbors” in action.
